Yes, Beekast offers a free plan! You can get started at no cost, hosting sessions with up to 30 participants. The free plan includes access to 9 interactive activities, 3 monthly sessions, and basic PDF session reports—ideal for small teams and trying out the platform.
The right Beekast plan depends on your meeting size and feature needs. If you want basic interactive activities for small teams, the Free or Plus plan is perfect. For larger meetings, advanced analytics, and deeper integrations, the Pro plan offers the best value. Explore our pricing page for a full feature comparison.
The Plus plan is a good fit for up to 50 participants per session. For up to 100 participants per session, go for Pro. For larger events, contact us directly for a quote.
Each plan includes two participant limits: a maximum number of participants per session, and a monthly limit on unique participants. If your session is full, additional participants won’t be able to join unless you upgrade or someone leaves. In addition, each month you can welcome up to a set number of unique participants—distributed as you wish across your sessions. For example, with the Free plan, you can host up to 30 different people per month, whether that’s 5 sessions of 6, 2 sessions of 15, or any combination up to your limit.
If you reach your monthly unique participant limit, new participants won’t be able to join until the next month unless you upgrade your plan. Choose a plan that matches your expected group size and usage—you can upgrade instantly if your needs change!

No — Pollen Create isn’t a separate product or add-on. It’s built directly into Beekast, so it’s included as part of your existing plan (with usage limits varying by tier, as above).
One credit is one session created with Pollen: you describe your goal, it builds a complete session that’s ready to run. Everything else is free and unlimited. Chatting with Pollen, asking for advice, exploring ideas, importing existing content, then running and replaying your sessions: none of that uses a credit. You only pay for what Pollen produces.
Once a session is created, you have 48 hours to refine it freely: adding an activity, rewriting an instruction, reordering the flow, regenerating a proposal, all included. If you come back to it after that, or the first time it goes past 3 participants, the next change uses 0.5 credit and opens a fresh 48-hour window.
The cost is always shown before you act, and your counter stays visible. Your credits renew every month.
